I walked in for a yoga class which was exactly what I needed. But then, Professor Joe offered for me to try a jiu jitsu class. Its been over 10 years since Ive been on the mat, so I was hesitant. He was so welcoming and lended me a gi. The class was terrific, and the students were all very kind. The culture at this gym is top notch. I felt very at home here and will certainly come back when Im in town.

Stopped by for a class and had a great time!! Joe is a great instructor, I learned so much! I liked that we worked a lot on self defense and how to use jiu jitsu in the real world! The place was also clean and had a positive environment. Would highly recommend!
