Chad has coached my son Carmelo for 2 seasons now being the football fitness trainer and everyday he would come home from football and say "I'm sore mom" or Coach Smith worked us"and i cannot thank him enough for turning my boy into a great young man, training him to the best ability and not letting him quit my son will go play college football in the fall and Chad and the other Groton football staff is 99% why i am Very appreciative of the time you give my son it's never taken for granted WITH that being said if you want your son/daughter to play at the next level for college i recommend this gym and this guy right here because it takes a village and he is willing to do that!

Chad is amazing! Our teen absolutely loves his training sessions and always looks forward to workout days with him. Chad keeps him accountable and customizes the workouts to target the specific sport he's training for and were already seeing great results! Well always recommend Chad to anyone serious about improving their fitness.

My son Zack has been doing personal training with Chad for about 3 months now. Hi running form has always been off, so much so that we thought he may have had something wrong with his back. We watched him play his first baseball game of the season on Tuesday, I cried happy tears watching my boy run! His running form has improved greatly in the short time he's been working with Chad. I can't thank him enough for his dedication! He is such a positive force in Zack's life and Zack looks up to him! Thank you for making this possible!!
