GritFit Abilene

This gym has been such a blessing to me and my wife Sarah over the past 5 years. We came for the workouts and the coaching, and weve stayed for the community, the friendships, the accountability. One thing we talk about as a group is to be a welcoming face to new people joining/visiting and I think we as a group do that really well. Its intimidating to try something new and I love seeing our members introduce themselves to a new visitor. Love getting the hard workouts done, but even more so- love knowing were there to support each other and that were all looking for each other to grow, to work hard, to get that work done!
