I am a longtime member just over 8 years with great woods CrossFit, best decision I have ever made was to join CrossFit and even better was to join this gym Great Woods CrossFit, all coaches know exactly what they are doing and are extremely helpful and friendly. The other members are great and very friendly making me feel welcome every day. Everyone puts in their best having fun and leaving nothing on the table. The Owner and head coach Corrin has the amazing programing, great teacher and helps everyone excel. Thank you!
