Not a bad gym but Ill say this: fix your lockers, and heat up your sauna. Whoever did work on the lockers did a horrible job. Some of the locks dont work and some of the lock hinges are so out of place you cant even secure the lock to it.

I'd like to give a huge thanks to Nicholas for always being friendly,professional and welcoming. Always see him keeping an eye on the gym for cleanliness and replacing towels and anything else that needs doing. Thank you sir. God bless

I have not worked out in a while and am look for a new gym home where I will be likely to enjoy working out. I visited this one today and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Roy, the manager, gave me a tour of the facility and answered all my questions about the membership levels and personal training to ensure that I would not have any budget surprises. I joined in on the next yoga class, which was not too crowded, and was approached by the instructor, Judy, after the class, to see if I had any questions. Overall, I am very impressed by the facility and staff; I plan to join!
