When Gold's gym was turning to Eos, I suspected it would get WORSE. I was CORRECT. Nearly all the cable machines are broken, staff never helps keep the weights and cable accessories where they belong, and they've placed all the decent leg/glute machines in a room that you need a higher tier membership to access. What a terrible transition

Ever since I start working with Aaron my trainer, Ive been not only losing weight but gaining muscle! His knowledge in how to lose weight and supplement consumption and proper food intake is what really goes the extra mile! Not to mention his experience in boxing which also helps with cardio! Im on my second round with him cause hes worth every penny! Thanks Aaron!!! Lets goooooo!!!
