My son Josh and I attended the Glatter Fitness 28-day program special. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed it. The variety workout circuits was endless and challenged me, and those ropes- brutal. Lol Overall, the owner Michael was very accommodating and pushed us to be and do better even while allowing for modifications.I definitely plan to attend again.

I have been going to Glatter Fitness for about 6 months now. I am down 25 pounds and feel healthy and strong. The various exercises and group support has helped with my consistency.
