GetUFit Personal Wellness

I came from China to the US for summer vacation only. I do my workout in a studio with my personal trainer 3 times a week in China. So once I settled in Cali, I started to look for a similar fitness studio around. I tried a public gym before but not really like its vibe. When GOOGLE search brought GetUFit to me, I was excited and reached out to Jennifer immediately. There's no membership fee or anything looked like a trap. It's simple and straightforward. The next morning I received a call from Jennifer and everything went very efficient and smooth. I got to start my workout three days after our call.I feel so blessed that I found GetUFit and the soul of the studio---Jennifer. She is a highly disciplined and organized person but treats her clients with full sincerity and kindness. Jennifer is more than professional. She gets me more fit and stronger in about two weeks. I have an amazing time doing workout with her. By the way, the studio is always clean and sanitized, private and with lots of good music.I would come back to train with Jennifer every summer for sure.

Fitness was never my thing. I always hated exercise; It felt like a chore. I felt embarrassed and like I didnt know what I was doing. When I started working with Jennifer, I was probably the unhealthiest Ive ever been. Now, I cant wait to work out. Im eating better, Im walking at least a mile every day, and I actually look forward to my workouts at Get-U-Fit. Jennifer is an absolutely amazing coach, trainer, and mentor. Shes always checking in after my workouts to see how Im feeling and she never rushes me back in until Im fully recovered. I struggled with some health complications from COVID, and Jennifer made sure we went slow enough to not over-exert myself, but hard enough to where I started making good progress. If it werent for Jennifer, I dont think I would have been this committed to a major lifestyle change. If youre serious about taking control over your life and health, Jennifer is definitely the right person to help!Update 12/21/2024: I still cant thank Jennifer enough for being such an amazing personal trainer! She has truly changed my life. When I started, I was 245lbs, today I hit 210lbs. Im overjoyed by the amount of progress Ive made but couldnt have done it without Jennifer's leadership. Its definitely not easy, but its so incredibly rewarding. Thank you Jennifer!

Excellent message! I scheduled a relaxation massage and got repositioned physically to be in compete alignment! Lorna found every injury area I have ever had in my life and worked them out so I was in alignment once again. Very happy I went to her because even a week later I still am feeling amazing. Thank you Lorna. Thank you Jennifer the owner for employing such amazing professionals.
