My son was a decent athlete but this gave him that special lift. My son’s performance , form ,stamina and stats all improved . And though not the original intention , there was a physical body transformation as well . Dave knows all the kids that come here and he has always been flexible when he could with our schedule . Dylan always looked forward to seeing Dave and all his other favorite trainers there (Nate, Alex, Tomas , Paul, Sean) not to mention knowing all the athletes on the opposing teams when we play them in football, basketball and baseball because they all utilize GF also! All great kids ! All goes to show with the consistent use of the this program , u will not only feel results and will see them too !
