Trainers walk you thru exercises and verify you lift correctly to maximize the benefits and reduce injury. I lost weight, gained strength, balance and flexibility I never thought I could achieve! I can do v-ups and push ups now! My core strength is the biggest change I have noticed after being morbidly obese most of my life I actually have a waist now! At the beginning of my time I was out of breath and a hot sweaty mess trying to keep up with the routine, now I do the routines with minimal sweat and can do the more challenging version of the exercises since I have balance and strength now!

Coach Mike, Chris, and Andres are top notch! Their motivation is infectious, especially at 6am! They truly care about their clients and it shows. My only regret is not starting sooner! Highly recommend GFP!
