Fantastic gym if you live in Kingsport. The 24/7 access is top tier. Love the equipment and the owners are incredible folks. Absolutely recommend this gym! A+++++

I like the owners but equipment and facilities could use a little maintenance/upgrade. Not a bad place to train. Does seem a little more geared for powerlifting.
