Main instructor Mike Roberts is the absolute best, with a patient and in-depth approach to instruction. He'll often customize lessons and drills to help new students learn according to their strengths and backgrounds.I've got 30 years experience in judo and have trained in multiple martial arts dojos across the world. Freefall MMA is one of the best across grappling and striking, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.There are good partners here for both beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. I started going to Freefall about 1 year ago.Since then not only I have developed my BJJ so much but I have also made incredible friendships.It is important to choose a Dojo where you feel comfortable and Mike always makes sure there are no bullies and everybody can progress while respecting each other. Great mood every time, we laugh and we train hard. They have muy Thai as well it is super dope. Come check it out.
