Freedom fitness has personal trainers and group classes that will assist you with your fitness goals. They are great, I would recommend if you are looking for a fitness coach to guide you.

They provide a great atmosphere and treat you like family. All the trainers push you todo your best. All exercises are challenging but can also be modified as needed. I have been attending for almost 2 years now and really enjoy it! I am stronger and healthier than I have been in a long time.

I truly enjoy being a part of such a great gym. The trainers are all amazing and make you feel right at home. I highly recommend!
