The group classes are great! Theyve added more times for more accessibility and more trainers for a variety of coaching styles! Love getting to dabble in different classes with various coaches that bring good vibes

Was in the area due to the unfortunate circumstances of my parents both being admitted to the hospital nearby. Wanted to get a good workout in so I called and inquired. Staff was super friendly and easily set me up with a day pass! Good variety of equipment and attachments, and my workout was great! I will be back soon; please get some Freedom Fitness tank tops back in stock! :)

Super friendly staff willing to work with me. Flexible and generous. Great energy. Small space but not lacking in equipment (even has more options than some major CrossFit boxes I've been to!). Highly recommend!Only note is that Boot camp does require good fundamentals since there isn't time to train someone in all the movements each session contains.
