Great coaches!

Returning from a soft and squishy and delicious hibernation of gluttony and over-working, I came to FoxDen in August to care for my body. I wanted something difficult. I needed accountability. And I longed for strength. Being two months in, I'm so grateful for this space. All of the trainers are absolutely wonderful. They accept my novice position within the Crossfit community, while not allowing me to give up. I'm one of "them" with a lot to learn, and that feels totally ok. They want me to do hard things for myself, but teach me along the way. The trainers have paid close attention to me from an encouragement, teaching, and commitment standpoint without making me feel incapable and incompetent. For the first time in my nearly four decades on the planet, I'm craving my next day at the gym after leaving yet another strenuous one. What a gift this space has been for me to get my life and body back.
