Foundation Gym in Destin is absolutely amazing. My son goes there, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. The coaches are professional, motivating, and truly care about the kids—not just physically, but mentally too. They focus on discipline, confidence, and proper technique in a positive and encouraging environment. The gym is clean, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. My son looks forward to every session and has grown so much in strength, confidence, and attitude since joining. I highly recommend Foundation Gym to any parent looking for a top-quality place for their child. Truly a 5-star gym!
