Love this place and my kid does too' great place for exercise and too exert energy. Positive activity for the community. Staff is good with kids, it's safe as well. Highly recommend.

Really disappointed with the "trainers" during the last few weeks of the children's Ninja classes. In particular the three young women with the 6-9 class. First few classes with different trainers was great then it tanked.. This young women hardly interact with the kids. Bare minimum of effort, interaction, or encouragement. Act is if they have something better to do. I get being young and not wanting to work, but we don't send our kids to activities to be a someones burden. We don't pay money so "trainers" can walk away leaving a child dangling in the air from a trapeze to scroll their phone. Shutting down certain parts of the courses because they've failed to keep them captivated and the kids have run wild. Yes, I watched one these young women yell at the kids then tell them that part of the course was closed and to get off it... Perhaps if they had actually tried to interact with the kids in the capacity of a role model and a teacher the kids would lose focus or grow bored.. Please do better.

Literally got me doing the best workouts I’ve ever done. Got me feeling fired up like a steam engine! Straight steam power. Coal fired. Safety valve blown clean off the engine!
