Love this gym. I was looking for a class-based 'Crossfit' type of gym, but was nervous about going. The first time I walked into Forge Fitness, they greeted me, gave me a tour, and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. The coaches are great and always make sure you are using the correct form and provide scaled options. I also love the community here - for the first time in years, I have gym friends again.

What an incredible workout! We came all the way from Australia and were blown away by the class. The staff were so welcoming and even offered us a complimentary session. If you're looking for a great workout experience, this is the place!

Bree, the owner is amazing! She works so hard to make this gym welcoming and upbeat! They do science based workouts with real trainers who know their stuff. Definitely check it out!!
