Forever Strong Training Center

As a former high school football and basketball coach, I had specific criteria and ideals in mind when researching gyms and personnel for my own multi-sport athlete son to train with. Jeff and Dakota and the ideals and beliefs that they promote and practice at Forever Strong fit perfectly with the goals that my son and I have for his physical and mental development inside and outside of the gym. He enjoys going and likes working with Jeff and Dakota and we both appreciate the gains he has made in functional and integrated strength and power. And their variety of time offerings allow my son to work out without interfering with his practice schedules. I would highly recommend Forever Strong to any athlete who wants to build or improve their integrated strength, power, speed, and agility and see the benefits in any sport or competition they choose to pursue. They care about helping young people improve and they get results through research-based methods. They are exactly what both my son and I were looking for in a training program for him!

We cant say enough great things about Jeff and Dakota! Both of our kids are in programs year-round and the time and attention they spend helping and supporting each of them to achieve their individual goals has been amazing. Not only that, they also cheer them on and celebrate their accomplishments. It really feels like they are part of the team. Ive seen so much growth in my kids and appreciate the continuous feedback and recommendations that help them both level-up. They love going to each of their sessions, (even the session that is 3x / wk at 6am) - which is really saying something! Highly recommend checking them out!

Our son is now going to be a Senior in HS and has been going to Forever Strong since 8th grade. The improvements our son has made is beyond words. Jeff and Dakota have spent numerous hours with him to help him grow. The variation of classes they provide have helped him develop his all around body. With the strength, speed, and power classes he has attended his overall confidence has also improved greatly. Regardless if he continues playing sports beyond high school I would recommend this as a great option for any kid of any age.
