This was my first Pilates experience. Jane is a great instructor, and the facility is beautiful. I loved it more than I expected and will definitely be back.

I just started going there and I feel welcomed and comfortable, I'm recovering from a hysterectomy the trainers are very gentle with me they make me feel comfortable great trainers very acknowledged highly recommend this place.

We hosted our daughters glow-in-the-dark dance birthday party at this gym, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The hostess Jackie was super friendly, organized, and fantastic with the kids. She kept everyone engaged with fun games and activities, and dance time under the glow lights that made the whole party feel extra special.Several guests told us it was one of the most unique and exciting parties theyve ever been to.
