Thoroughly enjoyed my time training at FOE Crossfit for the past 3 months!My wife is a travel nurse and when we first moved to Longview, WA in December finding a gym was on the top of my list. The coaches are very knowledgeable (shout out to John and Skylen for really helping me with my lifts), the programming is great, the gym is open concept and has all the equipment you could ever need, and the community is incredibly welcoming. If you're looking for a gym don't hesitate to reach out to Dash and Geonna or any of the coaches, they will get you setup for where you are at in your fitness journey!Cheers from Canada!

Excellent community and coaching from top level coaches. All levels of abilities with proper techniques and progression taught. Great family to join!
