Fly is the perfect place for all skill levels and offers a great variety of classes and times to accommodate all people. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you feel welcome. Walking into a gym (especially a group class) is terrifying, but the staff is there to help make sure that you have everything you need and feel comfortable on the bike or in the class. The people around you support, encourage and cheer for you. The relationships I’ve built, the confidence I now carry and the milestones I’ve reached are the reasons I’ll forever be thankful for this place!

I LOVE Fly! I always leave feeling so empowered. The instructors are always fantastic and the music is always good. If you’re looking to get into cycling, HIIT, or barre, this is the place to do it! You’ll get addicted to the feeling of working out here.
