Flex Fitness in Plainfield CT is a perfect gym for beginners to veteran lifters/builders. It’s a family owned and operated gym that has everything you need for success. Unlike the big chain gyms that pressure you into starting a plan with their Personal Trainers, buying overpriced shakes or merchandise, and catering to mainly cardio workouts with little to no free weights/machines, Flex is not that gym. Flex has multiple machines for every body part that you want to work so you never have to wait on someone to finish. Flex also has a great variety of Cardio equipment if that is what you’re looking for. You won’t see people sitting around on social media or filming themselves at Flex. At Flex you will see people who are focused on why they go to the gym, to grind and get those gains or maybe just tone up.
