I cancelled my membership because of a move and medical issues on Feb 11, the person onsite told me that my membership was cancelled & I wouldnt be charged again. Well she went ahead and charged me for one more month as we spoke and then they charged me again another month later. I called the gym today and they said my membership is still active. It shouldnt be a nightmare trying to cancel a gym membership, the gym was decent but this kind of deception goes from 5 to 1 star.

As a member of this gym for several years I am disappointed in the staff. The primary issue is the lack of basic customer service at the front desk. On many occasions, staff members are gathered together in conversation or looking at their phones and do not acknowledge members when they enter or leave. A simple greeting or farewell goes a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and it has consistently been missing. After years of attendance, this has become increasingly disappointing. Additionally, I have experienced situations where the cleaner begins cleaning on and around equipment while it is still in use. This is disruptive and feels like poor practice, as members should be able to complete their workouts without interruption.The gym itself is decent with equipment open most of the time and you can usually get a solid workout in.Overall, the expectations are not unreasonable a friendly greeting and attentiveness to members should be standard in any service-oriented environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more welcoming and professional atmosphere for long-term members.
