I have been doing personal training with Keith Collins at SF Fitness Castro, and its been a great experience.Keiths super easygoing and makes you feel comfortable right away. Hes very focused and engaged during the workouts and pays a lot of attention to form. Keith pushes you to improve from session to session.The training plan he came up with for me is tailored to my goals. Ive been seeing results after just a couple of weeks.Honestly, I look forward to every session and highly recommend working out with Keith.

I love working out with Keith Collins, my new trainer at Fitness SF ! He is highly skilled, obviously very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work out with ! As a 56 y/o who has worked out with many trainers over the years , I appreciate that Keith understands my goals and is able to create workouts which are effective, focus upon form and injury prevention, and are enjoyable. I appreciate Keiths ability to communicate well, his focus upon client satisfaction and his flexibility to modify workouts based on my goals and interests.
