I go to fitness in motion four to five days a week and have to say, great gym! I have made so many friends here that want you to succeed and the owners are nice and remember your name. I was sick recently and was not able to come in and he made sure to check on me and see why I haven’t been in. The best part is that the chiropractor side of the business works hand in hand with the gym if you have a personal trainer so you get the best work outs. Katrina is an absolute gem of a human being and trainer. Clayton also takes care when training his clients and is very nice as well. Highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a smaller, welcoming place to help you grow in your journey!

I have been a member of Fitness in Motion for 8 yrs now. This gym is amazing. The owner Mike is always out on the floor with his members and always helpful. The gym is always clean and machines r up to date. This is the most friendly gym i have ever been a member of. Highly recommend this gym to anyone!
