I’ve been working with Brandon for over a year now and my I have gotten way stronger and so much healthier.

I’ve been working out at FitFactory for about 5 years now. The gym is always clean with close attention to details, and you will ALWAYS be greeted with a smile. The workouts are diverse and allow for so many different modifications and the ability to get what you need from the workout. There is never judgement from other gym members, only encouragement. The owners are always thinking of ways to improve the gym with different equipment, knowledge, and recently even added a sauna. They truly care about their members both inside and outside the gym. Prior to working out at FitFactory, I was working out at home or in a typical, large, chain owned/operated gym and I was burnt out. FitFactory taught me what it means to be strong physically and mentally, and that functional fitness is essential to a healthy life. Classes are something I look forward to, and working out is no longer a chore. Since beginning my journey at this gym, I’ve had 3 children (working out until my due date with one of those), and am back to lifting the same weight I was prior to having kids.
