Dear Fitness Club Management,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent changes that have taken place at the gym since the new owners took over. I have been a loyal member since 2015, and I have always appreciated the wonderful customer-oriented approach that the gym had in the past. However, it saddens me to say that the gym has now become solely focused on financial gain, with excessive annual fees, late fees, and an incredibly frustrating cancellation process. Axel, the so called manager I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be in charge of such an establishment.
What has truly been disheartening is the decline in customer service and professionalism. The level of service and professionalism that I once experienced is no longer present. It is evident that the current management is more concerned with their own financial interests than with providing a positive and satisfactory experience for members like myself.
After years of being a dedicated member, I have made the difficult decision to end my relationship with the gym. There are numerous other gyms available that are better equipped, have professional staff, and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their members. I believe it is important to share my experience and strongly advise others to carefully consider their options before signing up at this gym.
I hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider making the necessary changes to restore the gym's reputation as a customer-oriented and professional establishment. I truly hope that future members will not have to endure the same disappointment and frustration that I have experienced.
