Signed up online for a free week-long trial (easy!). Tried to cancel (hard!). I emailed the gym and was told I needed to cancel in person. Went by twice, during operating hours, and no one was at the front desk to let me in. I called twice and no one answered. When I was FINALLY able to catch someone at the front desk, I was told that since I didnt cancel in time, I would be charged 40. I live 40 minutes away and feel totally taken advantage of. I went to Planet Fitness the same day I was finally able to cancel, and signed up within 30 minutes after a personalized tour.
