Poor experience canceling. (Despite no reason given). Found planet fitness to have a more welcoming environment. This location put down other local gyms to try to keep me. They specifically targeted extreme fitness. Not professional at all.

The gym itself is nice. Great layout, lots of unique machines alongside the standard equipment, and despite going during peak evening hours, it never felt overly crowded or frustrating.The reason Im giving it three starseven though I enjoyed the gym experienceis due to the access issue I had this morning. I had purchased a day pass the evening before around 6:30 PM, planning to use it again the following morning. When I arrived early to work out, no one answered the phone, and I couldnt get through the door.I wouldve gladly paid for a second day pass if needed, but I wasnt about to wait around for someone to come in or tailgate in behind themthats just not how I do things.That said, I would absolutely return to this gymor any other Fitness Depot location. The facility has potential, and the equipment and atmosphere are worth giving another shot. Hopefully next time the access or communication side of things goes a little smoother.
