Went in a few weeks ago to cancel and since I didnt give them a months notice before that they let me know itd be 40 to cancel. I told them just to put it in as my months notice since I didnt have the extra money on me. Im still getting charged so I called to check how much longer until my membership ends and theres nothing on file saying I gave them a months notice. I have to come back in and pay regardless to cancel since nobody ever put in for my cancelation. I tried to ask if they are able to see that I scanned in that day to prove I was there but they said they couldnt see that information. Theyre going to get their money regardless.
