I recently signed up for Fitness Connection mainly because of the guest privileges, and honestly, the way they explain their guest policy is really confusing and misleading.On their website, it says you can bring a guest every day, but what they dont make clear upfront is that it cant be the same person more than once every four months (120 days). That completely changes the value of the membership if your intention is to consistently work out with the same friend or partner.They also mention guest-related hours like 8am10pm, but its not clearly explained how that actually applies to regular guest visits. It feels like you have to piece together different parts of the website just to understand something that should be simple.I signed up thinking Id be able to regularly bring the same guest, but thats not really the case. If that had been clearly explained from the start, I probably would have made a different decision.Tbh, EOS and Planet Fitness have way better and clearer guest privileges. If bringing the same person consistently is important to you, Fitness Connection probably isnt the right choice.The gym itself may be fine, but the lack of clear communication on something this important is frustrating. The website seriously needs to be updated so people actually know what theyre paying for.
