Not sure where the club fees for this gym are being applied. You'd be better off going to any other location. The Carrollton and Park Forest locations are both way better than this one. The building smells like mildew, and all the machines are outdated. Left after 15 minutes, what a waste of my time.

READ before you think about giving money to this place, this place always gives me problems. I went to try this gym out since I was intrigued by it, my friends go here, and was looking to look into another gym since my commitment at another one was ending soon, so I decided to sign up for the 5 day pass they offer. Not even an hour later I got a call saying the 5 day pass would not be valid since I had already been there before which was a complete lie because I had not start getting active or going to the gym until last year and the one that Im currently at right now was my first membership that Ive ever done. I asked when it said I had visited and they couldnt give me an answer which I found odd. At first I thought maybe someone used my number and got a free 5 day pass but that wouldve been very unprofessional on fitnessconnections part since you do need your ID for verification. Anyways.. so since I never been to this gym I decided to use different information to get a 5 day pass because Its not fair that Ive never been here and theyve never taken my ID to say that I have been there, so I show up ready to go and I get stopped saying that Im not allowed to continue onto the gym since I had been there before mind you I had used different information so its a bit odd that they used the same excuse to say that Ive been there before AGAIN. At that point I was kind of left stranded since I was with friends who gave me a ride to workout with them which ultimately made them feel nice enough to offer to get me a month pass. The communication at this place needs to be worked on and I see that Im not the only one who has to say that in these reviews. It shouldve been communicated to me that I was being signed up for a membership and not a month pass like we all asked for but of course it wasnt bc thats how they try to get you. While I was thinking I was signing up for a month pass the lady was trying to talk me into a commitment membership even though I mentioned multiple times that I dont want a commitment membership and I only wanted a month pass. which now it hits me but I dont know why I didnt realize back then that that was for a whole membership at the gym but I didnt question it which i definitely shouldve because why 34 for a month pass? Regardless she signed me up and never communicated to me that I was surely agreeing to a membership that I would have to pay an annual fee for. Two weeks go by, I get stopped again saying I have to make a month payment? I was confused because it hadnt even been a month since I signed up for the month pass and I was already being charged, I told them my concern even mentioning saying I had the month pass and they continued on saying that it charged every second of the month?? Why would it charge every month if I only have it for one month? Poor communication at its finest. I decided I wasnt going to pay for it because why would I pay for something I hadnt even been there for a full month. Fast forward to a few days later I ended up getting my account paid for started going again and I got stopped AGAIN saying I had to pay again even though I JUST paid the balance and they said the first payment didnt go through.. so after weeks of me going there youre just now notifying me? Just annoying last day which was today since in my head my month pass ends tomorrow since I signed up on February 19th. I got stopped again saying I owe more money which was the annual fee of 62 or something dollars? Im confused because why would I need to pay that for again a MONTH pass. The lady then explains to me that I got signed up for a membership which was the complete opposite of what I had asked for. She said I had to pay this annual fee and that I would still be charged for this next following month if I decided to cancel. Its all just Bs and just a way for them to make money. Whoever is management needs to start hiring people who can communicate because I really got a bad taste in my mouth from this place and I h

I love this fitness connection last time I had a membership at the one in mesquite it was pretty difficult process. I stayed away from this gym brand for years. Thankfully Tali was super helpful and patient with me setting up my account. I am now back on board with this gym!
