I’ve only been once, but plan on making it part of my regular routine to work out here! The staff are amazing; the people I met, also working out in the gym, were very welcoming and friendly. Also, being free membership to people in the community is an added plus! I’ve lived in this community for a few years now (originally from the Chicagoland area) and didn’t realize it was located so close to my apartment! A great addition to the community! The only thing I think could improve is their advertisement they are there. It would bring people out the streets and involved in something positive that wouldn’t cost anything; also, would bring donations to the gym to fund more classes (such as kickboxing, spinning classes etc.) and funding for more equipment. But other than that, this place definitely gets 5 stars! ❤️🙏👍😀💪🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️

Wow’ I miss this place. I worked out in this fitness center from 1993-2007. It was always a wonder experience. I got really fit, under the direction of Albert Johnson Jr. and Dr Thomas Ellison.
