I had a membership with Pursuit Fitness for the last year. When they switched over to Fitness 1440 I figured my previous membership would cancel since they are no longer Pursuit fitness. I was checking my bank statements and saw I had been charged monthly by Fitness Arlo $55 ever since they took over. Which I guess shame on me for not checking to make sure my membership cancelled. My next payment goes out on the 18th of this month so I called and they told me "it's super easy to cancel" and that I just have to email them and give them the reason for cancelling. So I gave them my reasoning because I didn't want to be charged another $55 after it's been taken out the last 3 months. I get an email back this morning saying because I didn't let them know within 30 days I will still be charged again for this month. Instead of making a customer happy who didn't know they'd be charged by then they care more about the extra $55 into their businesses bank account. I hope the $55 was worth the bad review.
