FITNELLO FITNESS – Personal Trainers

Just finished the 8-week challenge at Fitnello and Im so happy with my results! I lost 5% body fat and 8 pounds, and more importantly, Ive learned how to eat well and actually enjoy weight training. The coaches are amazing and the community is so supportive. I never thought Id look forward to working out, but now I do. Highly recommend starting with the 8-week challenge!

Women only, progressive overload, small group training so lots of attention from trainers to spot your form, encourage, and inspire. Plus its FUN! Great group of ladies, I felt welcomed from the jump. Its the gym I always wanted and never knew I needed. Bad ass women lifting and supporting each other.I just joined two months and when I heard there was an 8 week challenge I signed up immediately. Nutritional coaching, community, mindset shifts, the whole package. Two weeks in and I already see results, its not a quick fix diet but a plan for life. I have been strength training (or so I thought) and doing HIIT/Cardio for YEARS and have had a body I loved but recent years have been rough. Women need weights, and at FITNELLO they have everything you need to be successful and feel strong in your body - I feel alive again!If youre looking for an incredible workout, FITNELLO is a must try! I have learned so much from coaches Elina and Angelina already. Excited to continue the journey.

When I arrived for my initial consultation, I had never lifted weights and my background was limited to hotyoga practice.My journey began with the groupclass prep session with Angelina. Her expertise and upbeat personality made the workout feel fun rather than intimidating. As I transitioned into regular group classes, I discovered a supportive community of women who were incredibly helpful and welcoming to newcomers.Elina, the owner, now leads the evening sessions. Shes exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the why behind each movement. She also teaches us how to track our weights and reps so we can increase volume in a safe, progressive manner.Beyond the friendly atmosphere and expert guidance, Ive seen tangible results: a 5% reduction in body fat and a 5% increase in muscle mass!Fitnello delivers exactly what a modern gym should, effective workouts, knowledgeable staff, and an incredible community.
