FITHub 501: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

I am so thankful for this gym and the women who make it what it is. The accountability, encouragement, and genuine support here are unmatched. The owner’s heart shines through everything she does. She listens, she cares, and she has created a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone belongs. I truly can’t imagine my life without this place.

If you’re looking for a tribe to work out with, this is your place. Love my Pilates, Barre, and Power Pump classes. And now, they have a Red Light Therapy Bed and Vibration Plate! It’s like laying in a tanning bed except these rays are beneficial for you. And the Goldilocks system makes sure your whole body is covered with rays from every angle. After 15 minutes of the red light, you stand on the vibration plate for 10 minutes to help flush out your lymphatic system, stimulate your muscles, and get your circulation going. Here are my thoughts after three uses: an increase of energy, an overall better mood, and my sleep has been great this week. After using it this morning, the muscle soreness from my last two classes is almost gone. I’m looking forward to improving my bone density, my skin building collagen, and reducing my joint inflammation and pain. Make an appointment and go give it a try!!
