I have been working out with Jon in his small classes for both Pilates & strength training for about 5-6 weeks & have been enjoying the classes. As someone who won't regularly go to the gym & get a good workout in on my own, I appreciate the small classes with Jon encouraging me & instructing me with proper form. Ive been going to Fitness Republic for a while now, and its been a great experience. The gym itself is smaller, which I actually preferits always very clean and organized.I train one-on-one with Jon, and thats really what sets this place apart. Hes extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to tailor each workout specifically to my body type and goals. Every session feels purposeful, and Ive seen consistent progress because of his approach.As a bonus, his taste in music is impeccable, which makes the workouts even more enjoyable.
