I would recommend this gym to anyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Missy motivates, pushes, and inspires you to give your best every single day. She creates such a positive and encouraging environment. I especially love my 5:30 am class. Its the best way to start the day.

The atmosphere is family like. The instructors are very personable and push you to do your best no matter what level you are at. Im so thankful I joined when I did!!
