Great private gym. Its always clean, the machines are usually available, and the environment is welcoming and the staff make it a comfortable place to work out. As a college student, I really appreciate having a reliable spot to train.

My local gym for over two years. Reggie is the absolute best, and the other members are also very nice. I am not a "gym bro" by any means, but the warm atmosphere has always been incredibly welcoming for someone who often gets intimidated at working out.I also did personal training with Reggie for a little over a year, and I was in the best shape of my life working with him.

Love this local gym!! So warm and welcoming. The owner Reggie is often there and gets to know all his clients. Along with the other trainers, theyre so kind and are invested in knowing you and your goals!
