Great Little GymThis gym is one of my favoritesnot because its flashy or like the big-name fitness centers, but because it has everything you need. Its small and straightforward, with all the essentials for basic strength training. The group classes are excellent, led by some truly skilled instructors. The yoga teacher is amazing and especially gifted. She is definitely one of the best teachers around. This is coming from a yoga certified gal. No I dont teach but got certified to master the forms of yoga.People here are chill, and the overall vibe is low-keywhich I appreciate. If youre not into the crowded, high-energy scene of larger gyms, this is a great alternative. The staff is friendly, though you wont see them around much since its a smaller facility. Some equipment is currently being replaced, which is to be expected.Overall, its a solid gym for those who want quality workouts without the big-gym feel.
