Kat is very knowledgeable and pushes you to be your best! She is very attentive and she knows my limitations and shows me how to modify so i can get the most benefit from the workouts. She accommodates all fitness levels. I highly recommend her.

Kat is a great trainer! I felt so good after her Butt and Gut workout and would retake it any day. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Kat is the best!!! She is very knowledgeable and pushes you to be your best! Most importantly, she is kind and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. She accommodates all fitness levels, with clever modifications that still allow you to have a safe challenging workout and great results. Would recommend her to anyone, especially anyone new to fitness who has been thinking about transforming their life!
