I am a very heavy person and have lost so much mobility the last 2 years. I attended an orientation at East Mesa FBBC to see if I might be able to do this. They were offering a free month and I thought I could give it a try. After seeing the type of workouts, I didn’t think I’d be able to do any of it. But as I was leaving Ben came up to me and said, “You can do this.” I believed him and started. They are all great instructors, they modify the workouts for me and encourage me every step of the way. I am improving every time. I love the positive energy from everyone in class. I’ve got a long way to go but for the first time I believe I will get there.

I have never been big on working out. Since I started coming to fit body boot camp in east Mesa, I have such a different mind set! They make it so fun to work out. The instructors help you along your journey and they make you feel comfortable at any level you are starting at. Every day that I go is a different work out, never the same, never boring!
