Im so grateful my wife bought the trial membership at our kids' school auction. I didn't understand what circuit training could be or how doing anything at shorter intervals could be hardor helpbut I have since learned and am seeing the results of attending classes consistently. My pants are loose, and my shirt sleeves are tight from all of the fat loss and muscle gain. I really love all of the coaches; everyone is genuinely caring and nice and truly motivates me to work hard and keep coming back.

Started working out here after 8 years of doing nothing. It was scary, and hard, but this place had been so supportive. The coaches are great, the other people in the classes are just as supportive and always making me laugh. I love coming here and am so thankful I found this place.
