My daughter and I absolutely love NMFBBC! The team motivates you, and the program quickly becomes a positive routine.We tried to go to a "regular" gym, but neither of us looked forward to going.Then we tried NMFBBC and found out that: The coaches are amazing Each class is different, so its not boring The coaches tell you what to do (so no guessing) and help you modify if needed its 30 minutes! You will be sweaty, and every muscle will be used. There is zero weird gym girlie/bro energy.We are so happy that we found them!!
