I’ve been training off and on for many years. But mostly off the past couple of years. I’m 3 months into the Fearless style of training. I’m regaining range of motion, mobility and strength. I’m improving my endurance and fitness. I’m looking forward to dialing in my nutrition and dropping more body fat. Thank you Coach Ross for sharing your expertise and knowledge.
