Working with Coach Adrienne over the past five months has been a transformative experience in my health journey. From day one, she has demonstrated a rare combination of expertise, encouragement, and personalized care. I am so thankful to have found her - shes truly a subject matter expert across so many areas, and I walk away from every conversation having learned something new.When I began in March 2025, my diet consisted almost entirely of sugar, and my only form of exercise was excessive cardio, walking 6 miles a day and averaging over 20,000 steps. Coach Adrienne helped me completely shift my mindset and approach. Today, Im eating nourishing, whole foods and fueling my body with more calories.
