Faster Fitness

I decided to come back to Faster Fitness after a couple of years of being away, because I loved the facility and trusted the trainers. Im now a few months in, and Ivan has helped me become more comfortable in the gym, again, and has encouraged me to push myself in every session. In this stage in my life, its not about needing to lose weight; its about feeling good and seeing the progress in my strength.

Really appreciating the guidance of faster fitness. In recovering from an injury I needed to find a small group training class with trainers who were very conscientious about my form. Have been fortunate to benefit from the guidance here at Faster Fitness. My trainer even made the time to connect with my physical therapist to make sure they were on the same page. I enjoyed working with Ivan in the mornings and am now enjoying working with Tracy in the afternoons since my schedule changed. I also enjoy the app they use to load your exercises and levels. Facility is clean too. Workouts are efficient. Would recommend!
