Just finished my 6th week of the 10-week challenge and I truly love this workout, the atmosphere, and all of the people that are members here! The owners are kind and welcoming and truly care about each and every body that comes through their doors! I cannot say enough good things about this place! It will change your life mentally, physically, and emotionally!
