If you ever want to cancel you are better off canceling your card than going through them, they time it for thirty days so it’s impossible to cancel without paying for an extra month which is $180 dollars, I canceled the day I made what I was told was the final payment and they just charged me for another month because it’s “30days” don’t sign anything they give you it’s a trap.

Be cautious of the membership, they really cared when they wanted my mom and I to get a membership but we found out that they have been continuing to charge my mom for year and half when I cancelled with them a year and half ago. I cancelled because of surgery and they responded saying they were so sorry and that they hope to see me back when I am healed. Only reason we found out they were still charging is due to changing card numbers and they called us looking for a new card number. They refuse to credit us any months to help with the miscommunication and get us back in the gym. Other than this they were a great gym and I thought they were good people but unfortunately they only care about money. I haven't even been there in over a year so for them to continue this charging money game with no care to try to come to a resolution just goes to show what they all about.
